Gourmet klub

Gourmet Club is a voluntary, non-political, civil community located in the area of Slovak Republic. The main aim is to unite the volunteers who are taking interest in gastronomy from various parts of the world and regions. The members have an  open discussion about many of  gastronomic issues and create an effective cooperation and meaningful communication among themselves. Chefs  Vojto Artz and Juraj Hruška are  the pioneers in the new  and trendy food styling of traditions Slovak cheeses.

 

Juraj Hruska: "the chef with a lot of fantasy”Juraj Hruška

One of the first members of Gourment club. He worked in: France, Ireland, Germany, Czech republic. He is a holder of various certificates and awards in international gastronomic competitions; he graduated in Yves Thuries Culinary Academy – professional school for professional cooks with award of international certificate. He specializes in French cuisine, fusion New Wave, Finger foods, Tapas, life cooking, seminars, presentations, tv programs.

 

 

Vojto Artz: “ Good food and cooking is my life passion.”Vojto Artz

He’s been working as Horec advisor /souschef/ of company named Metro Cash and Carry Slovakia s.r.o. He’d worked as a souschef of Hotel Tri studničky in Demänovska dolina for 5 years. He was born in Bratislava and during 10 years he’s been working in best restaurants and hotels of the capital city. He’s famous for TV programs such as Chuťovky, Tulinarium, Telrano and also because of publishing books and articles about cooking. One of his hobbies is decoration and taking pictures of food and collecting books that are however connected with culinary art. He graduated in Yves Thuries Culinary Academy - professional school for professional cooks with award of international certificate.
