CHEESE


Our offer represents traditional Slovak cheese products made of sheep and cow milk. Some of these products carry a message that has been passed down from ancestors to us over many generations. Within their production we can reveal many legends and tell many stories. The production of cheese and cheese itself is a base, a root – we should appreciate and view them like jewels.

Regions are well known for their typical microclimate of short vegetative terms in higher situated areas that guarantees high quality of fodder plants for cows and sheep. On these meadows the best cheeses have been created and cause of their local production and procedures they can offer their unmistakable character.

Thanks to the effective sale schedules, the conscious transports of specialty cheeses but mainly thanks to protection of the precious cheese producers   (who are producing according to strong national and regional traditions) we avoid pressure of supermakets.
